Exposure to LLM applications (tool calling, structured outputs, prompt evaluation, RAG). Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangGraph, Botpress, or similar. Understanding of streaming systems (WebSockets/HTTP2), backpressure, reconnect handling. Basic knowledge of audio tools (FFmpeg, codecs) and transcription services. Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts and workflow monitoring.
