Monitor and troubleshoot power, cooling, networking, environmental and facility systems across edge data centers. Act as Tier 2 escalation point, lead incident resolution and coordinate with engineering and facilities teams. Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes using DCIM/PLC platforms. Perform routine health checks, capacity planning and documentation of infrastructure. Participate in on‑call rotations and ensure SLA compliance.

Minimum 2 years experience in data center or NOC operations. Hands‑on experience with PLC/BMS/DCIM tools and network equipment (routers, switches). Strong knowledge of power, cooling, UPS, HVAC systems and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in Linux/Windows server monitoring and scripting (Python/Bash). Excellent incident management and communication skills.

Certifications such as ITIL, Cisco CCNA or Data Center Certified Associate. Experience with edge computing platforms or AI/ML workloads. Familiarity with cloud provider APIs (AWS, Azure) for hybrid deployments.
