Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.</p><p></p><p><u><b>What You Will Do</b></u></p><ul><li>Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems.</li><li>Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews.</li><li>Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews.</li><li>Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools.</li><li>Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.</li></ul><p>  </p><p><u><b>What You Will Learn:</b></u></p><ul><li>Practical application of data analytics in a global aerospace manufacturing environment.</li><li>Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean principles and process optimization techniques.</li><li>Development of business intelligence dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.</li><li>Application of AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and business reporting.</li><li>Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations data.</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration and professional communication in a technology-driven organization.</li></ul><p><br /><u><b>Qualifications You Must Have:</b></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline).</li><li>Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.</li><li>Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.</li><li>Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications We Prefer:</b></u></p><ul><li>Internship or project experience involving data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.</li><li>Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports.</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operations data.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, AI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft technologies.</li><li>Self-motivated individual with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.</li></ul><p></p><p>WE ARE REDEFINING AEROSPACE:</p><p>Some of our competitive benefits package includes:</p><p></p><p>Benefits package includes:</p><p>-           Group Term Life Insurance.</p><p>-           Group Health Insurance.</p><p>-           Group Personal Accident Insurance.</p><p>-           Entitled for 18 days of vacation and 12 days of contingency leave annually.</p><p>-           Employee scholar programme.</p><p>-           Work life balance.</p><p>-           National Pension Scheme</p><p>-           LTA</p><p>-           Fuel & Maintenance /Driver wages</p><p></p><p>Nothing matters more to Collins Aerospace than our strong ethical and safety commitments.
