Design and develop AI‑enabled automation solutions for consulting workflows using Claude Code, Codex, n8n, Python and agent frameworks. Prototype, test and ship functional automation agents within days, iterating based on consultant feedback. Instrument and monitor automations to capture usage metrics and time‑saved insights. Integrate solutions with Beghou’s enterprise stack (SharePoint, GitHub, Azure, LLM endpoints) adhering to governance policies. Document architecture, prompts and limitations, and provide support during rollout.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LLM‑based development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor). Hands‑on experience building RAG or agent‑based automation pipelines (n8n, orchestration layers). Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure) and version control (GitHub) for enterprise integration. Ability to prototype rapidly and deliver production‑ready code within tight timelines. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to work with consulting teams.

Prior experience in life‑sciences or healthcare consulting automation projects. Knowledge of SharePoint integration and enterprise governance frameworks. Familiarity with MLOps or CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
