<p>📌 Job Description<br> Growth Associate<br> 📍 HSR Layout, Bangalore | Day Shift</p> <p>About Velocity<br> Velocity is a leading eCommerce growth platform enabling 4,000+ D2C and digital-first brands to scale through funding, logistics, payments, and AI-powered solutions.<br> We are building a high-performance growth team focused on acquisition, discipline, and results.</p> <p>Role Overview<br> This is a performance-driven growth role.<br> You will be responsible for high-volume prospecting, initiating conversations with founders and decision-makers, and driving new acquisition channels and qualified opportunities for the business.<br> This role is ideal for individuals who:<br> • Are comfortable with daily outbound calling and outreach<br> • Thrive in target-driven, data-informed environments<br> • Are motivated by incentives and growth</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br> • High-volume outbound outreach (calls &amp; emails) to D2C and eCommerce brands<br> • Lead generation, qualification and pipeline management<br> • Identifying, testing and scaling new growth channels and acquisition levers<br> • Managing follow-ups and CRM updates<br> • Achieving defined daily, weekly, and monthly growth targets<br> • Analyzing funnel and campaign performance to improve conversion<br> • Handling objections professionally and persistently</p> <p>What Success Looks Like<br> • Consistent outbound and growth-experiment activity<br> • Meeting defined call, lead, and conversion targets<br> • Maintaining strong communication in Hindi &amp; English<br> • High energy, resilience, and a data-driven approach to iteration</p> <p>Candidates who have previously handled 150–200 calls per day or managed acquisition campaigns will find the pace manageable.</p> <p>Compensation<br> • As per the Growth Associate band<br> • Competitive fixed salary<br> • Uncapped performance-linked incentives</p> <p>Growth Path<br> Clear progression from Growth Associate → Sr. Associate → Investment Manager → Sr. Manager – Investment → AVP based on performance.<br> Structured onboarding and defined targets are provided.</p> <p>Who Should Apply<br> • If you breathe and sleep growth<br> • Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIM or equivalent) preferred<br> • Experience in outbound sales, growth, client management, telesales / inside sales preferred; candidates from any B2C, EdTech, or B2B company or industry can apply<br> • Strong communication skills (Hindi &amp; English)<br> • Immediate or short notice candidates preferred<br> • Individuals serious about building a career in growth / business development</p> <p>Who Should Not Apply<br> • Candidates looking for non-targeted or support roles<br> • Candidates uncomfortable with outbound calling<br> • Candidates not motivated by performance-based growth</p>
