Job Description

Real Chemistry is a global healthcare communications agency that blends scientific expertise, creative storytelling and AI‑driven insights to help pharma and biotech brands connect with audiences. As an AI Business Partner – Activation, you will work at the crossroads of business strategy and cutting‑edge AI, designing prototypes, scaling solutions and driving AI adoption across media, social and influencer campaigns, delivering measurable impact for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into AI-driven solutions for activation portfolio. Identify high-value AI use cases across media, social, content and influencer channels. Build and iterate prototypes using generative AI tools and validate with stakeholders. Collaborate with discipline leads to operationalize and scale AI models into production workflows. Monitor performance, ensure responsible AI use and drive adoption across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field, 2023-2026 passout. Strong knowledge of generative AI, machine learning pipelines and prompt engineering. Proven ability to work with cross-functional business teams and translate requirements into technical specs. Experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in healthcare or pharma marketing analytics. Familiarity with media activation tools and influencer measurement platforms. Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Coursera, Udacity, Google Cloud AI).
