Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic sales approaches Stay updated on product knowledge and training programs offered by the company

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changes Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus

Nice to Have

Knowledge of sales and customer service will be given additional preference Knowledge of computer applications, software and hardware

Eligibility Criteria

12th pass with a graduation degree from a recognized university
