Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications that power supply chain and logistics services Build new applications and platform features from the ground up Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams on architecture and feature development Participate in technology selection and contribute to scalable microservices-based solutions Develop and maintain REST APIs and event-driven system integrations Review code, provide technical feedback, and support team members through knowledge sharing Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality initiatives Contribute to the evolution of cloud-based platforms and distributed systems

Requirements

Expertise in Python and Django with hands-on experience in microservices development Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting complex systems Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience building scalable SaaS platforms and cloud-native applications Familiarity with AWS services, serverless technologies, and cloud infrastructure Knowledge of distributed systems, messaging queues, and event streaming platforms Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies Understanding of supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or fulfillment systems Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities Strong interest in system design, software architecture, and platform scalability Experience working in fully remote and globally distributed engineering teams
