Job Description

Join Milliman as a Trainee Software Engineer and work on enterprise software, cloud technologies, and healthcare analytics platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement software solutions using Python, .NET, and Cloud technologies Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to build scalable healthcare data systems Learn and apply domain expertise with modern software engineering practices

Requirements

Proficiency in Python, .NET, and Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA) Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Batch, and Docker Containers. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting. Exposure to cloud-based data engineering workflows. Interest in healthcare analytics and enterprise software systems ✨
