Develop and validate process design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, and material balances for client projects. Perform hydraulic, pressure drop, and utility calculations to size pumps, valves, and other equipment. Lead multidisciplinary EPC coordination, reviewing vendor documents and ensuring compliance with API, ASME, ISO standards. Conduct HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies and design relief systems, PSVs, and flare loads. Provide process support during commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD) and MS Office. Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and PFD/P&ID development. Experience with API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, OSHA PSM standards. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with HAZOP/HAZID/SIL methodology and experience in relief system design. Experience in EPC project execution and vendor management. Knowledge of advanced process control and automation.
