As a NOC Engineer in Hyderabad, you will safeguard the company’s monitoring infrastructure, resolve network incidents, and support continuous delivery of high-availability services. Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor network infrastructure and ensure 99.9% uptime. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams. Perform routine maintenance, patching, and capacity planning. Generate daily/weekly performance reports and document resolutions. Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support.

Requirements

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT or related field, 2020-2023 passout. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols. Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash/Python). Ability to analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and communicate effectively.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+. Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
